The company is a true American success story. The recipe for the product was brought to the tiny immigrant town of Shiner, TX in the early 1900’s from Netolice, Czechoslovakia. The original producer of the product settled in Shiner, TX and began making his families secret recipe sausages, bratwursts,  kielbasa andmany other smoked meats for the community.  

In 2008 the grandson of the original shop started a separate company with his father, brothers and high school friend. Currently the product is being sold in over 860 big box retailers, and is on track to be in over 1,500 by the end of 2017. Major retailers today include; Walmart, Safeway and Kroger. 

Growth Strategy:

The company has partnered with a national beer brand, and is in the process of formalizing marketing opportunities with companies like Yeti Coolers, Ticket City and Kingsford Coals. These cross promotional/marketing relationships will propel the company into new markets and allow for them to break into new lines of business. The product is currently being sold in Kroger, Wal-Mart, and Safeway (Randall's, Tom Thumb, and Albertsons). 

The Product:

The beef and pork products used by the company are all raised in the USA. You’ll never see them import any of their meats from other countries. The product has no MSG, Fillers, or artificial ingredients. The product is gluten free, withall natural casings . The product is also low in sugar, only has 12g of Fat per Link, providing a higher protein less fat content product than category leaders!  The product is carefully prepared with time, real smoke, oak wood and all natural spices.
